Prices were good, ordering was straightforward and delivery time was acceptable under the circumstances. Unfortunately a packet of seeds as part of my order was open, probably intentionally, there was a big loss of seed and it made a mess. Despite due to the Covid situation, patiently trying several attempts to get a response from customer service on this issue, there has been none and I therefore unfortunately have to conclude that in case of a problem, their Customer Service is non existant.
