The product I purchased is great. The only issue I had was that I ordered and paid on a Friday and a week later had had no despatch information so I e-mailed to urge. I then received the standard despatch e-mail but no individual response to my e- mail. The courier was great as it arrived within a couple of days of despatch. I know things go wrong but judge organisations on individual customer care responses when an issue has been raised.
