Did not post within the 14 days as indicated but took my money. Phone was an automated message to send email. Did not respond to email. With them not communicating had to result to PayPal to resolve. They did not respond to PayPal. They eventually posted item and it arrived within 48 hours thanks to Royal Mail. I then closed the PayPal claim. Stray to finish 3 1-2 weeks.
The product delivered was first class they just need to keep customers aware of the status of orders.
