As i cant give zero stars it'll have to be 1 star.
Regardless of Covid-19, not getting back to your costumers is not okay.
It took 44 days for you to deliver the item, which had nothing to do with the courier company, and despite multiple attempts to contact you to find out whats going on, you didn't once reply to my emails or calls and in the end i had to start a Pay-pal dispute to get any kind of response, And even then ive not actually heard from you, just my item turning up in the post. AFTER 44 DAYS.
In the interests of being nice I hope you haven't done your business any long term damage, but I certainly know i wont be coming back.
