The ordering was easy on the website. Product OK. The long delay in delivery was unfortunate but understandable in the Covid circumstances. What was NOT appreciated was the total lack of response when enquiring about the delay. Telephone had a recorded message saying we aren't able to answer it. I sent three emails seeking advice re delivery. None were acknowledged. Ordered 18 May. Eventually delivered 27 June. Gave you a bad image.
