I totally appreciate that these have been unprecedented times and it must have been incredibly difficult for the company. I have spoken to someone but felt a written review also necessary. 5 weeks and no answer to emails,meant taking out a dispute with my bank to get money back,then cancel it when it arrived. The girl on the phone today was very pleasant and dealing no doubt with many issues. It seems to me that unable to cope with unprecedented demand perhaps the online shop should have been taken down for a while if you were unable to find time to contact waiting customers. Amanda
