Where do I start! One of the tools u ordered was damaged when you received it and you couldn't get a replacement, so you refunded the money! I then had to get in contact with you 2 week's later by email asking about the remaining order. I then received an email asking me to phone yourselves. I did so and was informed that you had refunded the money for the wrong item, so I owed you money.
Unfortunately I was out working and didn't have my card with me, when I asked if you could send the items and I would phone the following day to pay, as I needed the tools for work! No was the answer it's against company policy! But it wasn't my mistake, it's your mistake in the first place! Sorry we can't do that!
So obviously I had to phone up the next day to get the tools I needed. So your mistake, caused me more hassle, one by receiving my items a lot later than I should as they where lost in the system and two, by having to make two phone calls a d being on hold quite a long time both times!
