Damaged parcel received. Appalling customer service. No apology throughout this debacle. Placed order 9th September & just received refund today 24th September 2020 despite immediately informing them of the damage & returned the parcel straight away. Apparently I had to ensure the parcel including each item contained with in the box had to be securely wrapped otherwise I would be charged for damaged stock! Unbelievably bad service. I would not recommend using this company.
