Emailed 3 times for support about (1) an update to tracking my order and (2) requesting a refund. NONE of my questions were answered and I still have not received a refund (almost 2 months since ordering). I submitted another refund request via PayPal and hope it can be resolved that way. HORRIBLE and regret trying this company!
