Recently ordered an Elemis product which was virtually half the recommended price. There was an issue with delivery ( it was delivered to the returns address) but I emailed customer services that day , who arranged it to be resent with another courier the next day, and it arrived safe and sound. Great response and great customer service. Will re order. Viv.
