My original order went missing & the whole process of trying to get a replacement took way longer than I would have expected & there is no telephone number so you can’t call when there is a problem. Had to email at least 3 times before I got an initial response & then to be told only that it would be a further 72 hours before they could get back to me. I ended up contacting the delivery company myself. Not great experience
