Exceptional. Super personalised service, incredibly comfortable, tailored made, quality mattress. We bought this mattress during the pandemic so no ability to test the mattress or 'know' what we were buying BUT, my husband had a L&F mattress previously and we needed a custom-size. I timed things perfectly as Julian was just placing orders and, I can hardly believe it either - we had our custom size mattress delivered in just under a week! It's really comfortable and you can see it's a good old fashioned, properly made mattress. Delighted
