I had one issue with a code seemingly not being accepted but they did help me make a connection with Microsoft to get it fixed.
If you haven't used them before the purchasing can be a bit disconcerting. Firstly, they discourage you from paying with a bank card by charging you. Then once you pay you wait for several minutes for it to be approved. However, ultimately you can't argue with the prices offered compared to competitors.
