I want to warn about this company. I bought a code for Xbox Gamepass 12 months in november as a Christmas gift for my son. The codes provided did not work. It was a hassle to prove this to Livecards but after several emails and chat messages with their customer support i got money back for three out of four codes. Eventually i got money back for the fourth code. It sounded from them i should be happy for that. Now after several months i asked for a discount code for all the hassle and in return, i would buy the product again, hoping to get valid codes this time. They provided me with a 2% discount first, which was equal to about 2 USD. What i joke. After some argumenting back and forth they gave me a 5% discount code. Problem is that the price of the product has gone up with about 20 USD since i initially bought it, so i've ended up having to buy the same product three months later (the time it has taken to get the money back and trying to get a discount for a new purchase) for a much more expensive price. It's not my fault they provided me with non-working codes. I've never experienced such bad customer service anywhere before. Anywhere else they would probably just give me the product for free or at least 50% off as compensation to keep a happy, returning customer.
