I got given a code that I was sending to my daughter in the USA. I had done business with them before without incident until we had a gift card code sent through that was a digit shorter than the others and didn't work. When I informed them they started asking for third party private information and refused to show whether the code was valid. In the end they were virtually accusing me of doing something dodgy when I was the person who lost money. I will never use this company again. Their attitude is appalling and there security so far over the top they even asked for a photo of my credit card after my bank had verified payment.
