I paid for the macros plan and received one email after telling me to join their facebook group which I didn't do as I don't have facebook and don't want it and then heard no more. I emailed them at least 3 times if not more to ask for a refund as I hadn't received any plan or any update and they've never replied. So they've stolen my money and left me with nothing. Awful company.
