You only really find out how good a company's customer service is when there is a problem and all I can say is that their customer service is fantastic. I needed to return an item (nothing wrong with it, just didn't like the colour) and Carrie was extremely helpful and arranged the collection for me. Be aware that you need to pay for the return yourself. I would buy from this company again.
