AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Delivered a chair like this which is clearly a returned item that has been ‘repaired’ and resold.
Refusing to replace or repair and just keep quoting their 28 day warranty 🤣
They maybe need to brush up on their legal obligation under the consumer rights act which states that faulty items need to be replaced or repaired if within 6 months of purchase which they are.
Looks like I’ll have to go through Ombudsman Services, what a faff when all I’m asking is for a chair to be replaced as it’s clearly faulty!
