I have nothing but paise for the service I received. I was very concerned when I saw some previous reviews, however when I had a problem with my purchase not only was it rectified immediately I was continually kept updated on the progress, start to finish from placing my order to a new replacement item being received was under a week. My purchase was an electric patio heater.
I do wonder if previous reviews refers to purchases made via a third party company
