Ordered 2 sets of patio furniture. Received half of one set and half of the other set. Refused to accept them and emailed customer service to advise. Thereafter there was a chain of emails and the person responding clearly did not understand what I had written. She kept asking me to return the furniture (that I had never accepted). As I was getting nowhere I tried calling customer service but got a message that said "we can't take your call right now" with no option to leave a message. I then emailed again to ask them to either provide another number or call me. Nobody responded to that at all. One day a delivery man turned up with the correct furniture. So, customer service is awful. Items seemed fine but was not purchased for myself so I can't really comment on the quality.
