AVOID this company at all costs.
Sent me the wrong fire, the fire they did send, I kept and it's faulty.
The customer complaints team are abysmal. Response from "Lynn" and after responding to "Lynn" they keep responding to me referring to me as "Lynn" but that's their name... not mine.
Very bizarre experience with a very bizarre company. I only wanted a new fireplace.
Please do not waste your time.
