received a faulty item and want a refund. THEY HAVE SUGGESTED I REPAIR MYSELF AND SOURCE PARTS FROM EBAY!!!! THE UMBRELLA IS LESS THAN 3 WEEKS OLD AND I HAVE PROVIDED PICTURES OF THE FAULT AVOID USING THIS COMPANY
