Reviews Review of Living and Home customer PAUL MCLAUGHLIN 12 reviews Rated 1 out of 5 stars Updated 15 hours ago this company provides products bought… BEWARE HOME AND LIVING IS PART OF THE RANGE this company provides products bought from the range and delivered by living and home details of problems ive been having as i think its a joint company......tried to get a return done and they promised to to get it done within 24 hours products bought from the range was sent by and delivered by living and home and cant get any help at all with the items they are delaying for some reason which i dont know but to make customers aware of these companies that its very very hard to get something returned if they find problems so please please shop somewhere you can trust as these 2 i would rate zero .STILL AFTER 3 DAYS NO SIGN OF THESE PEOPLE SENDING RETURN DETAILS.....WOW ITS IMPOSSIBLE,..ORDER NUMBER W-16598824 NOW YOU STOPPED REPLYING I AM SEEKING LEGAL ACTION AS FROM TODAY AND ALSO GOING TO ASK FOR COMPANSATION FOR THE 3 DAYS DELAY AND ALL THE STRESS YOU HAVE GIVEN ME PLUS ALL LEGAL COSTS ......SO THIS IS FROM GOV.CO.UK ........Online, mail and phone order sales Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’. You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason. AND NOW NO COMUNICATIONS FROM YOU AT ALL YOU SEEM TO BE IGNORING ME I HAVE BEEN PATIANT BUT CANT TAKE ANY MORE FROM LIVING AND HOME AND THE RANGE .FROM PAUL MCLAUGHLIN.
