Terrible build quality. We have four Milk stools - 2 years old that are falling to pieces. We have realised they have been constructed with scrap pieces of wood held together with staples. I’ve called and complained, sent pictures and 1 week later have had no response. Really disappointing all round.
I’ve just realised how pathetic their furniture guarantees are...bearing in mind Aldi offer three years on their beds! Loaf will only guarantee their stools for 2 years. Says a lot about their ‘good old fashioned craftsmanship.
