Today was the day our furniture was delivered after some delays.
We were expecting to receive a chair, a footstool and a bed in a bun.
The chair arrived fine and looks lovely but they have failed to deliver the bed in a bun for the second time and the footstool is a different colour and style from that we ordered.
We paid for the split shipment so we could get the bed earlier and now it is still not here and we have to wait another 8 weeks. Just like last time, nobody thought to call us to let us know.
Regarding the footstool, we are assuming it will need to be replaced so we are expecting another long lead time for this too.
If you are thinking of buying a premium product and expect to receive good service and quality goods then I suggest purchasing from a different company. At this price point you would expect some level of customer service and, at a minimum, the correct products.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
