Appalling service. We ordered a bed in early May. A damaged bed was delivered in early June. The bed was so badly damaged the driver refused to leave. Despite this error by Loaf it seems we were put to the back of the queue again.
We are still waiting for the bed to arrive. We have been told delivery will not be until mid August.
Despite paying nearly £3000 to Loaf 3 months ago for a bed I am sleeping on a mattress on the floor and have been since early June.
