A £1700 bed delivered broken after a 5 week delay! After numerous phone calls to the customer service and mgt team, I am still none of the wiser as to what is going on. I’ve been promised return calls from the senior mgt team and this has simply not happened!
You are in a mess and you need to get your act together. It is simply not good enough!!
