We had to re order seat and back cushion inserts as the quality of the feather seat cushions was extremely poor and uncomfortable. We placed the order and waited 5 weeks, when the delivery came Loaf had only ordered two seat cushion replacements! I have tried contacting Loaf and they have been really unhelpful not getting back to me.
We spent a lot of money and have to say its the worst sofa we have ever purchased and would not recommend Loaf to anyone.
