Ordered Sofa in January told it would take a few months to arrive. Contacted in March assured it would be delivered on 16 April. The week before I received emails and texts confirming it would be delivered for certain on 16 April. Totally relying on this I disposed of my Sofa.
I was phoned on 14 April and told it would not be delivered. In their own words they could not say whether it would be weeks or months before it would be delivered.
They were totally unapologetic and refused to pay any compensation.
