Great in store customer service -
But when the delivery arrives with the incorrect product -
They have no customer care at all
Simply tell you they will refund and collect - so crazy as all they needed to do was offer some kind of token some sort of courtesy. Instead > yer okay full refund and collection. Absolutely no stages of discussion- big company treating small customers small - making us feel insignificant- I feel sorry for the fantastic sales team in store as they are backed up by a cold - corporate!
Very let down by loaf.
