Ordered a sofa & mirror from loaf, was told it would be a 10 week wait…. Got to 11 weeks so I contacted them & they said it would be another 10 weeks. I was informed I could book my delivery slot so I booked a holiday day off work to see in the delivery (delivery window 7am-7pm) the delivery arrives on time & they drop the mirror off but then they guys realise the sofas not on the van so they call the office only to be told it’s still in Birmingham…. I live in London. Loaf selling very expensive sofas & you have to pay upfront & have the worst customer service ever. Will never use them again.
