Disastrous !! Gave one star but only because I didn’t know how to give zero stars.
Two loveseat deliveries have now had to be declined at point of delivery ….. black marks / ink marks / dirty brown marks !!!! Does this company not bother with quality control checks pre delivery ? Always make the delivery guys unwrap so you can check over whilst they are with you and then take away immediately, saves any hassle.
Customer service very helpful but that’s irrelevant if the products aren’t up to scratch.
Maybe the company should spend less on those brochures and more on quality control, just a thought.
