Product was significantly damaged when it arrived. The delivery company said they would inform Loaf and failed to do so.
Loaf themselves refused to offer the option of replacing the damaged section, only offering the option of returning or exchanging for another item from the clearance section. (Where our sofa had been purchased and advertised as in 'perfect nick'.)
I asked why the delivery company had not informed them, delaying the process, and they did not respond not offer any other options. I had been led to expect far better of Loaf.
