I got the loan but it took over 6 months from start to finish. It was a commercial loan but everything that could went wrong. They tried to make it better but it just did not happen. Even now they have not paid the insurance on the properties so I am paying twice for insurance. They tried but it was a problem almost all the way through. Try them but be ready to experience a problem or two.
