You advertise how fast the company can close a loan but my loan was delayed weeks because the team I was assigned to didn't know what they were doing. I had to escalate my loan multiple times to finally get it closed. I submitted all my documentation on time and nothing on my end was holding anything up. The only thing that held the closing was the Loan Guys not doing there due diligence to get the loan closed. I almost lost my deal because the buyer thought I couldn't close. I would not use this company again unless I absolutely had to. I gave 2 stars because the loan did close so I was appreciative of that.
