Classic case of "Over promised and under delivered" - They didn't even try to close on time! It took over two weeks just to get the appraisal ordered. They are either absolute beginners or the epitome of incompetence. With perfect credit and strong assets this deal should have been a slam dunk! Instead, I was dragged along and fed nonsense with zero chance of a timely closing.
