I am very pleased with the results. I couldnt find anyone to do a 5plex loan since its considered commercial, but the loan guys really came through. A few bumps in the road (just like any closings nowadays due to delays in appraisals), but everything promised was delivered. Shervin Modir really pull it together for me and answered my calls.
We’ll definitely do business with them again…
