Their motto should be 'Overpromise, Under Deliver. Probably the most novice team I have ever worked with. They advertised a quick close, none of my three deals closed anywhere close to on time. The amount of avoided obstacles is completely laughable. Luckily, 2 out of the 3 sellers stuck it out the 3rd demanded $$ to keep the deal (and my EMD) alive. The loan I pulled from them closed BEFORE the other two that they had been working for 3+ weeks. Run, don't walk away from these guys!!
