Run, Run, Run!!!! Worst company I have ever done business with in my 30 year career of getting loans and helping people with their real estate transactions. I have participated in over 1,000 real estate transactions and gotten over 100 loans personally. Nothing got done with out me staying on top of them They asked repetitively for the same things over and over and over again. If you are in NY state run. They have no clue. They needed to repull my credit each loan. They just flat out lie and tell you what you want to hear. They have no concerns about missing deadlines Simple cash out refinances. of course I am the idiot for having believed them not once but twice, Their loan officer will just tell you what you want to hear so you don't go to another company that could close you in two weeks. Even when they swear up and down you will have CTC in a few days. They knew they couldn't close my loan due to their inability to function in NYS. Heck no one even responds to their own bank attorney for days unless you personally follow up.
