Not a good experience. From the beginning we fully explained our situation and loan needs to Joshua Y.He assured us from the beginning that he could get this done as a No-doc Loan. We provided everything more than once because they are not all on the same page. He changed the program for the loan 3 times and continue to assure no problem. We'll at the very last momen after missing the builders closing date He agreed to, he advised the loan could not be done. Keep in mind, we sold our home, moved to another city and had everythin in multiple moving trucks at a hotel. Horrible experience. I would not recommend anyone to even consider using LoanGuys.
