Was told by plumber who rang to give a quote that the advertised three separate quotes would not be forthcoming . Was also told to contact him if I had any further difficulty with the functioning of the shower . Received no receipt , nor was I offered one, but, as the work had taken a number of hours to complete I was glad to be able to have a functioning shower and a mains water supply so I could turn on the heating so I was grateful for that. So,apart from having a new shower part, I have no proof that the work was carried out.
