Before arriving he gave us a quote explanation of what things cost and where he was at the time of the call and gave us an idea at what time he would be arriving as the evening went on he telephoned to explain he would be a little later and that if this was inconvenient he would rearrange his call. He was clean & pleasant prepared with protection whilst we are in lockdown informative of what was required and was very efficient and in no time at all we were back up and running and in turn as we were so pleased we offered him additional business and this too was good and is someone we will look to using in the future
