My wife and I visited the shop on Thursday 16th December 2021 and as soon as we entered the shop we were completely ignored by all of the staff. They just walked past us without asking if we needed any help, they seemed be preoccupied with all the tourists in the shop. It was our first and definitely our last visit to this shop. Very disappointed.
