My order was delivered promptly and well packed. I had ordered 2 items to take advantage of the free 100gms Smoothing Cream offer. Because of the value of this ofer, I was surprised to find that I could still claim my 2 samples per item as usual, and even more surprised when they doubled each of the samples I had selected as a thankyou for ordering from them for a second time.
