After a family crisis, I ordered incorrectly an item and missed off another item in error. When I realised this from my confirmation email, I replied to customer service and they rectified my mistake by amending the order and immediately refunded the difference back to my PayPal account with no questions asked and the minimum fuss for me to deal with - Excellent Customer Service.
