They're usually very quick and efficient. This time, maybe because of staff shortages in Covid-crisis, there was no email to say it had been despatched and it took longer to arrive. Might have been Royal Mail's problem as the box was badly damaged and it came wrapped in plastic! The content was still fine, however, so I haven't complained.
