I am very impressed with this company. My order was accidentally posted to the wrong address (I had no idea where!)... 3 days later and there was no sign of anybody dropping it off for me. I contacted Joan and she was absolutely fantastic - so reassuring, got on the case straight away. Luckily I managed to locate where my order had been misdelivered, but I have full confidence that Logicalskincare would have sorted out a replacement if this hadn't been the case. I'll be back - thanks again :)
