We've had a great relationship with Rich Harkey and Lojistic for about eight years now. I have always appreciated the transparency and communication among everything else. I also value our dashboard, which provides me a quick high level review and allows me to drill down on anything I want to explore further so I can keep FedEx honest. Freight is our biggest expense at a company so we take this very seriously, constantly look for ways we can be more efficient in our spend and Lojistic is right in the middle of it helping us.
