Did not send the confirmatory email as promised.
Did not arrive at required pick up and, on phoning, I was told it was for the next day.
I had paid in advance and they were quite unhelpful on the telephone. I asked to speak to the manager, but they would not put me through, later phone calls were not answered.
This was an urgent journey to take a very sick baby from Great Ormond Street Hospital to Gatwick,
