Absolute shambles. Promised delivery of a new £1200 mattress within 4 weeks, 8 weeks later still nothing, phoned the Weymouth branch on several occasions and they just kept putting the delivery date back. Cancelled the order and went elsewhere. We will never set foot in the store again.
